Nomadic Corporate Program

English development connected to your company’s working life, with practice in professional situations and individual progress monitoring.

English for the work your team does

Nomadic Corporate Program is designed for companies that want to strengthen their teams’ English communication with international clients, partners and colleagues.

We begin with your business context, your employees’ English levels and the situations in which they need the language at work. This helps us focus learning on the clarity, language skills and confidence needed for meetings, presentations, conversations and written communication.

Lessons take place in groups of up to 10 participants, with individual assessment and progress updates shared with the company. Learning connects with professional needs while respecting each employee’s experience and stage of development.

How is the programme personalised for my company?

We explore your sector, communication needs and the situations in which employees use or need to use English.

Together with the group’s level, this guides how we adapt our original materials and activities. Content can cover meetings, presentations, written communication and other needs identified within your company.

Before the programme begins, we assess participants’ English levels and learning needs to organise suitable groups.

Employees do not need to have exactly the same skills. Groups are formed so that participants can follow the activities, while individual assessment helps identify specific challenges and progress.

The limit helps create space for speaking practice, interaction and guidance during lessons. It also allows the teacher to follow each employee’s participation and development within the group.

Assessment is individual, even within group lessons. The teacher follows each participant’s performance in activities, observing how they understand and use English in the situations covered.

Quarterly assessments bring these observations together and help guide the next learning priorities.

The company receives regular reports on employee participation and development, alongside quarterly review meetings.

These provide opportunities to review progress, identify areas that need attention and adjust programme objectives. Participants also receive feedback on their own development.
