Group Mentorship

Develop your English in a small group, with meaningful conversations, shared experiences and individual guidance on your progress.

Real conversations. Shared experiences. Room to grow.

Nomadic Group Mentorship is designed for adults who want to develop their English in a supportive, collaborative setting, with guided learning and space to take part.

We bring together small groups based on language level, interests and communication goals. Each participant’s experience adds to the conversation, connecting learning with personal, professional and cultural contexts.

You learn together, with individual attention along the way. We follow each learner’s development and provide quarterly feedback to recognise progress and guide the next steps.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How many learners are in each group?

Each group has between 5 and 10 learners. We keep groups small so that everyone has opportunities to speak, receive guidance from the mentor and take part in activities.

Before you join, we assess your English and discuss your interests and communication goals. This helps us recommend a group with a suitable level and shared objectives. Learners at the same level can still have different strengths and challenges, which we take into account through individual guidance.

You do not need to feel confident before you begin. Lessons provide space to ask questions, make mistakes and try again, with respectful guidance and encouragement to take part. Our role is to help you build that confidence gradually, starting from where you are.

In Individual Mentorship, lessons and study guidance are personalised around your goals, level and specific learning needs.

Sessions last 50 minutes each and take place twice a week. The days, times and reference time zone are confirmed before enrolment.

Your development is followed individually throughout the lessons. Every three months, you receive feedback on your progress, the areas that need attention and the next steps in your learning.

If you cannot attend, please let us know through our communication channel with 24 hours notice. For individual absences, letting us know before missing the class grants the student a recorded lesson to keep up with the content.
